Yesterday, we had Sunday School and church, it was a good service.  Jarretts were in charge of music and they didn't use piano, they used a auto harp type of instrument and two guitars, and chose some old hymns to sing, it was well received.  

Pastor Michael spoke about prayer and unanswered prayer.

1. Don't give up to soon  (Luke 181-8) 

     God is not always on time he is in time

2. Wait for God's response.

3. Content with God's answer

4. Allow God to take complete control.

Pray to be sustained.

unanswered prayer doesn't mean God isn't listening.

Father, as we go about our day, help us to be conscious of your presence in our lives, that you desire for us to communicate with you, to keep the lines open.  Then help us to be sensitive to your voice, and respond.  In Jesus Name. Amen
